The US Department of Justice has moved to revoke citizenship for 40 foreign-born Americans accused of crimes, one of the most assertive denaturalisation efforts in recent years. The department's recently restructured National Fraud Enforcement Division also issued a corporate enforcement directive, signalling tighter scrutiny of corporate fraud.
