Connections Puzzle Hints and Solutions for Oct. 6

Hint guides for the New York Times Connections puzzle No. 1213, dated Oct. 6, 2026, spread across several outlets Tuesday morning. Mashable, CNET, and Forbes each shared guides and answers for the daily word-grouping game. The NYT Sports Edition puzzle No. 743 also was published that day.

Guides for both the Oct. 5 and Oct. 6 versions were available online by early Tuesday. Mashable put up its Oct. 6 hints at 4:58 a.m. GMT. The daily format has players sort 16 words into four color-coded groups based on a common theme.
