Barcelona Stars Bonmati, Putellas, and Batlle Celebrate FIFPRO World 11 Recognition

Aitana Bonmati, Alexia Putellas, and Ona Batlle, key players in Barcelona Femeni's domestic treble winning season—securing the Liga F, Copa de la Reina, and Spanish Super Cup—were honored among the winners of the 2025 FIFPRO Women's World 11 on Monday, 3 November.

Bonmati has been voted into the Women's World 11 for the third consecutive time. Putellas marked her third appearance since her debut in 2022, missing only the 2023 edition. Batlle, at 26 years old, made her first appearance among the awardees.

Bonmati received the highest number of votes among all women footballers in the 2025 selection, highlighting her exceptional performance.

Barcelona’s dominance in women's football is reinforced by this achievement. Since the award began in 2015, Barcelona players have earned 15 selections from seven different players, making the club the second most represented in FIFPRO World 11 history.

Players’ Reflections on the Honor

"Being part of the FIFPRO World 11 is a source of personal pride, but I would say that it is a consequence, a result of good teamwork both with Barça and with the national team."

Summary

This recognition of Barcelona's key players in the FIFPRO World 11 highlights the club's consistent excellence and teamwork in women's football.
