The latest episode of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4 began with eight contestants. Shortly after two participants were eliminated for medical reasons, only six remained in the competition.
Both Mark Estes and Christie Pearce Rampone were forced to withdraw because of health-related problems. Mark suffered from an ear infection, while Christie struggled with a chest infection that made it hard for her to breathe.
As a result, medical staff advised them to leave the competition for safety reasons, reducing the active participants to six.
At the start of the episode, Christie mentioned breathing difficulties caused by a persistent cough. She was soon examined by medical experts and did not take part in the next challenge. Her diagnosis confirmed a chest infection, leading to her elimination.
Christie previously spoke about her personal life, sharing details about her family, her role as the main provider, and the challenges of being in a toxic marriage.
Despite her early exit, she was encouraged not to feel disheartened as she handed over her armband and left the training site.
After Mark and Christie’s departure, six contestants continued in the competition. Further developments from the challenges remain to be seen as the season progresses.
Episode 7 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test saw Mark Estes and Christie Pearce Rampone leave the show due to infections, narrowing the remaining group to six determined participants.
