Magna AI and TechnoVal have launched a strategic alliance valued at $300 million to accelerate AI-powered industrial and digital transformation throughout the Middle East and Africa. The partnership was announced during GITEX Global 2025, one of the world’s premier technology exhibitions.
Under a newly signed memorandum of understanding (MoU), the alliance will create a sovereign AI and Cloud Data Center in Saudi Arabia. This center is intended to support large-scale AI workloads for both the public and private sectors. It will also enhance regional data governance while fostering secure and scalable AI infrastructure aligned with national digital sovereignty goals.
