"There's never any excuses. First, I have to do a better job preparing the team during the week. The players were trying, and there were many solid tackles, but consistency was lacking. It all starts with me ensuring we track the near hip, trust the shoot, keep our eyes where they need to be, pursue the ball carrier, and maintain the right angles. I need to keep emphasizing these points to ensure consistent execution."
