Vattenfall, EWE, and RWE have launched a qualification phase for the decommissioning of Alpha Ventus, Germany’s first offshore wind farm. Scope of Work

- Partial pile removal with mechanical separation of piles and supporting structure
- Full pile extraction, including complete removal by vibrohammer or other method
- Cutting and recovery of inter-array cables and cable protection systems, with shore transport
- Removal and shore transport of scour protection installed at the site
- Marshalling harbours and onshore support services
- Onshore processing and disposal/recycling of all components, including temporary storage, logistics, and facilities
