Journey to the Heart of Excellence
LVMH has released a documentary directed by Vasken Toranian entitled Journey to the Heart of Excellence, celebrating the people who embody the passion, creativity and preservation of métiers with exceptional savoir-faire.
Spanning the globe from New York to Cognac, from Japan to Italy and Switzerland, the film features five remarkable talents – apprentices, artisans and virtuosi – whose gestures, professionalism and commitment represent the bright future of LVMH's Métiers d’Excellence.
Through their unique itineraries, Journey to the Heart of Excellence shares a vibrant and universal vision of excellence, a never-ending dialogue between tradition and innovation, between heritage and bold initiative.
Created in 2014, the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence LVMH has already trained over 3,300 learners in eight countries in partnership with more than 50 schools. Eleven years after its creation, the ME Institute continues its mission of passing on unique savoir-faire, inspiring vocations and celebrating craft and creative métiers.
The documentary Journey to the Heart of Excellence is available for streaming on France.tv beginning November 20.
Additionally, it highlights the heritage and the power of love in Seoul and features the tagline “Where Dreams Become Careers”: Meeting our Talents in Asia.
