Sheep Esports shares expert insights and latest updates on League of Legends Esports as Worlds 2025 final approaches. Next Sunday, T1 will face KT Rolster in what promises to be a historic Telecom War showdown.
Only the five players from the winning team earn the exclusive right to receive Worlds winner skins. To qualify, a player must have played the champion at least once during any phase of the tournament—Swiss stage, Play-In, or Knockout rounds.
Riot generally advises players to avoid selecting champions that already have a Worlds skin, though some exceptions occur. Each winning team can choose up to six champions total, including a possible coach ward skin.
Among the champions played by the finalists, some already have Worlds skins.
"If T1 wins their third consecutive Worlds title this Sunday, it is worth noting that Lee 'Faker' Sang-hyeok would then have 10 skins in the game, considering he already currently owns skins for more than one third of all the champions in League of Legends."
This milestone would add to Faker’s legacy as one of the most iconic players with an extensive collection of champion skins linked to his career.
The anticipation builds as T1 and KT Rolster prepare to clash, with the winning team’s players set to receive coveted Worlds skins for the champions they played during the tournament.
Author’s note: The 2025 Worlds skins will honor both team strategy and individual champion picks, highlighting player achievements and the evolving competitive meta.
