Ubisoft has shared new details about the upcoming expansion for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, titled From the Ashes. The update coincides with the release of James Cameron’s film Avatar: Fire and Ash in theaters later this year.
According to Ubisoft, the new DLC offers approximately 20 hours of gameplay. However, the total playtime may differ based on each player's approach and style.
“The overall length will vary,” Ubisoft said.
Players will need to own the base game Frontiers of Pandora to access From the Ashes. The expansion can be launched directly from the main menu without any prior story completion requirements.
For players returning since the game’s 2023 release, Ubisoft has prepared a brief recap video summarizing key story events to help them jump back into the world of Pandora.
The From the Ashes expansion for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora offers around 20 hours of new content, releasing December 19, alongside the film Avatar: Fire and Ash.
