Impact of Postal Strike on Annual General Meeting Materials
The strike has affected the delivery of proxy materials (the “Meeting Materials”) for the Company’s upcoming annual general meeting (the “Meeting”). The Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 10:00 am (Pacific Time) at the office of Cozen O'Connor LLP, Suite 2501 - 550 Burrard Street, Vancouver, B.C.
On October 10, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers transitioned from a full national strike to rotating strikes. The Company will attempt to mail the Meeting Materials during these rotating strikes. However, shareholders are advised that receipt of materials prior to the Meeting cannot be guaranteed.
