On Wednesday, October 29th, the Martin Scorsese Virtual Production Center at NYU Tisch welcomed its alumni, current students, and special guests to launch a new café in collaboration with Italian coffee brand Lavazza. The café, located within the Center at Industry City, represents an exciting new space for community and creativity.

Martin Scorsese spoke about the importance of coffee shops during his youth, emphasizing how these places served as hubs for artistic collaboration and creative growth.
“Coffee shops were where true moments of artistic collaboration and creativity take place.”
Francesca shared a heartfelt moment with her father in the new café, which she posted about on her Instagram.
