Vertical has released the trailer for Rosemead, an upcoming drama inspired by Frank Shyong’s intense 2017 LA Times column. Directed by Eric Lin, the film features Lucy Liu portraying a sick mother who takes extreme steps to shield her troubled son from his darkening obsessions.
The film’s cast also includes Lawrence Shou, Orion Lee, Jennifer Lim, Madison Hu, and James Chen.
