As the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics approach in February, Canada and Finland have showcased their hockey team uniforms.
Canadian Uniforms

Finland enters the upcoming Winter Olympics buoyed by their 2022 Beijing gold medal, their first-ever Olympic ice hockey title. They aim to defend their championship in 2026.
Canada, which has won nine gold medals in Olympic ice hockey, last claimed gold in 2014 at Sochi. The Canadian team did not medal in the 2022 games.
NHL Player Participation
Notably, NHL players will be allowed to compete in the Olympics for the first time since 2014. The NHL had allowed player participation from 1998 to 2014 but withdrew in 2018 due to scheduling conflicts.
