Canada has introduced the new uniforms for its men’s and women’s hockey teams that will compete at the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics. The announcement was made on Thursday, accompanied by photos and videos showcasing the new designs.
“Every stitch reflects our resilience, pride, and belonging, forged through time and pressure,” said Hockey Canada in a statement revealing the new jerseys.
The new Team Canada jerseys emphasize national identity and tradition while featuring modern design elements created in partnership with Bauer Hockey. More images and details were shared on social media platforms.
The men’s hockey tournament at Milano Cortina 2026 will mark the return of NHL players for the first time since 2014, when Canada captured gold in Sochi. Canada has claimed gold in three of the last four Winter Games featuring NHL participation.
Canada’s women’s team enters the 2026 Olympics as the reigning gold medalists, following their victory over the United States in the Beijing 2022 final. Since women’s hockey became part of the Olympic program in 1998, Canada has won five of seven tournaments.
