The threat level can be identified by an icon next to the enemy’s health bar, and Dream Strength values for enemies are also shown in the Monster Manual and dungeon descriptions.
Season 2 replaces all Season 1 dungeons with new challenging ones. Higher Dream Strength is necessary to attempt the harder dungeons later in the season.
