London police located a tiny marmoset inside a laundry bag on a bus last week. Staff identified the lost animal on July 18. The animal was nervous and had no food while quivering. It endured the traumatic ordeal. Animal advocates described it an unlawful abandonment case. Meanwhile, researchers identified a previously unknown monkey species in Congo’s Lomami National Park. The discovery occurred during a standard survey in the Congo Basin.
