The long-running Festival d'Été de Québec closed with impressive numbers. Top-tier acts played several stages on Grande-Allée and inside Parc de la Francophonie. Organisers counted an increased number of people than ever before. Opening night had some issues which might have become a messier problem. Heavy rain caused delays on a handful of days. Still, locals kept showing up despite the hurdles. A quick check after the event showed most people were satisfied with how it ran, even with the minor hiccups.
