Dion Charles has joined Blackpool on a season‑long loan from Huddersfield Town. He is back at the club where he spent the 2022‑23 season. Manager Neil Evatt, who once coached Bolton Wanderers, welcomed him. He is keen. Evatt said he is pleased to have Charles back in the squad.
Charles earned valuable game time during his previous spell at Blackpool. The loan gives him one chance to play regularly this season and adds depth to Blackpool’s attack. It also offers Huddersfield one chance to develop the player further.
