Ethiopian runner Dera Dida Yami clinched the women’s title in 2:23:18 at the Cape Town Marathon 2026. Kipchoge participated and finished 16th in the elite field. These results confirm Esa’s victory and Yami’s Cape Town 2026 crown. The men’s course record and wheelchair records were established during the race.
